A lasting, flexible bond in sole assembly.
Sole bonding is the most heavily stressed joint in footwear. The sole flexes, takes impact and meets moisture with every step, and the joint is expected to survive that cycle for the life of the shoe.
The adhesive has to give high peel strength on rubber, TPU and EVA soles, keep its flexibility in heat and cold, and resist water. Güçlü® solvent-based polyurethane adhesives, together with the right primer, produce permanent sole joints.
