A flexible bond across foam and fabric layers.
Mattress assembly bonds foam, felt, nonwoven and fabric layers onto the spring unit in sequence. Materials of very different porosity and flexibility have to work together.
The adhesive has to hold the foam without crushing it, must not create a hard line between layers and must not allow movement in use. Güçlü® solvent-based spray adhesives cover large surfaces quickly, while Aquasive® water-based products are chosen for low-emission production.
B.E.S. Kimya supplies spray and roller applied adhesives for bonding foam and textile layers on mattress assembly lines.
