Membrane pressing draws PVC foil over routed, patterned panel faces. Under heat and vacuum the foil is pulled into every recess and ridge of the pattern, and the adhesive has to make full contact even in those deep sections.

Here the adhesive must withstand heat, stay put under vacuum and never release the foil at the corners of the pattern. Aquasive® PUR dispersions stand out in kitchen and bathroom furniture for their heat and moisture resistance, while water-based dispersions serve interior applications.
