Fast, even joining of spring pockets.
In pocket spring production each spring is enclosed in its own nonwoven pocket, and the pockets are joined side by side to form the spring unit. Whether the springs can work independently depends on how well those joints are made.
The adhesive has to join the pockets quickly, hold as the springs move and keep its flexibility for the life of the mattress. With their short set time, Powermelt® hot melts keep high-speed pocket spring lines running without interruption.
B.E.S. Kimya produces hot melt adhesives that form flexible, long-lasting bonds when assembling pocket spring units.
