Adhesives resistant to oil and fuel.
Oil filters trap metal particles and contaminants in engine oil, working continuously under pressure and heat. Their joints are in constant contact with both oil and high temperatures.
The adhesive must not dissolve in oil, must not soften at high temperature and has to maintain its seal under pressure. Powermelt® reactive PUR adhesives perform reliably on filter end cap joints thanks to their oil and heat resistance.
B.E.S. Kimya produces reactive PUR adhesives for the chemically demanding joints of oil and fuel filters.
